Morley's Court

Morley's Court
Between Red Lion Court and Crown and Sheaf Place, Royal Mint Street and south of the London and Blackwall Railway. In Portsoken Ward (O.S. ed 1875-Ed. 1894-6).
Former names: "Heathen Court" (q.v.) (Strype, Ed. 1720). "Woolise's Court" (Rocque, 1746). "Worley's Court" (London Guide, 1758-Elmes, 1831).
Site covered by Great Northern Railway goods depot.
It seems to be named after the builder or owner, but the "M" in O.S. is probably an error for " W " as given in Elmes, 1831.
