Long Entry
   1) Out of Fetter Lane, in Farringdon Ward Without (P.C. 1732).
   Not named in the maps.
   2) South of and adjoining the Wall of London, to the north of Blackfriars (O. and M. 1677).
   Afterwards called "Stonecutters Alley" and "Little Bridge Street" (q.v.).
