Little Prescot Street

Little Prescot Street
   South out of Great Prescot Street to Royal Mint Street (Rocque, 1746-O.S. 1894). In parish of St. Mary Whitechapel.
   The London and Blackwall Railway crossed it.
   The southern end to Royal Mint Street was formerly called "Rosemary Branch Alley" (Hatton, 1708-Strype, 1755).
   Removed for the widening and extension of Mansell Street (q.v.), 1907, to meet the Tower Bridge Approach (L.C.C. List of Streets, 1912).
