- A messuage so called in the suburbs of London outside Aldersgate. Described in an inquisition 10 Edward II. 73, as in a ruinous condition and therefore valueless. Held of the Dean and Chapter of St. Paul's.Thomas de Aldithelegh was heir, under age, a ward to the King. The name occurs as Daudele or de Aldithelegh.No later reference.
