King's Bench Walk
   On the north side of the Temple Gardens, within the Temple precincts (P.O. Directory).
   First mention: O. and M. 1677.
   In the 18th century the King's Bench Office (q.v.) stood there, containing the Records of the Court, now in the Record Office.
   The King's Bench Buildings were destroyed by fire in 1677 (H. MSS. Com. Ormond, IV. 45).
